Hey, and thanks for coming here. This is a problem that’s been nagging at me for years; – Guilt. I have a problem with it. The slightest things make me guilty, and then they float around my head for days, weeks, sometimes almost months. Anything will do, no matter HOW ridiculous it is. Here’s an example:

I had a dream that I went back to my old farm, and I found my old cat there. (In real life, she’s still with me). I love that cat more than anything else in the world. But, in my dream, I had gotten a NEW cat, and abandoned my old one for a year. I hugged her, cried, and brought her back. She looked so old…sad…(She is an old cat, and a grumpy feline too, but I love her nevertheless). And, when I woke up, I could not shake this horrible guilt. It’s been eating away at me for three days now. I feel nauseous, weak, angry and sad.

That’s just an example. Now imagine something in real life. I once was offered a coke by my mother (My family are serious health nuts, we’re vegetarian and stay away from junk food, except for the occasional treat), and I refused (I don’t like pop). And then, around two hours later, it hit me again. What if I hurt her by refusing that coke? What if I made her feel sad?

That nagged at me for a month or more. It eventually faded, but…Another one will soon take it’s place. And imagine feeling guilty about TWO things. It’s rare, but it’s happened.

So, what should I do? Realistic answers, please – I’m a 16 year old teenager living on his own in a trailer, in the middle of nowhere in canada, so it’s not like I can just hop into my car and drive to some psychologist. If you could, please help. Thank you!!

I need to get my dog licensed and I heard that emotional support animals can get free licensing, or at least at a discount. Anyone know how to do this?
Who would I call to look into this for my county/city?

impossible. So what is the point? They talk of life long learning but you go to college get honours but still you can gain a foothold. You have experience, still no luck.
Appears that no waking up in the morning is your best career move that at least will mean more benefits for you family. We are not valued by our values orexperience, we are valued by money, title, station. When that is unabtainable we are walking dead.
There are so many walls. Colour, race, age, gender……..appearenace, steroetypes………….
Christians speak of a better life after ones dies. That being the case, why wait when one will not be able to accomplish more in this life? Actually dieing is a poor work, its just just taking another step on a path. Maybe for some its time to take that step?

well, my mom bought one of those pet hair removers from pledge, and she would like to know if you through them away, and how to remove the pethair when it gets full.

A stray cat that I turned into the animal shelter I volunteer at was euthanised for leukemia and a skin disease. I picked up my cats from that same area that cat was in about 4 months ago. Since then I took them to the vet a few times, got them vaccinated, neutered, checked out, etc. Vets never said anything about them looking ill. In fact, they are in great shape. They are about 7 or 8 months old. I never got them tested. Could they have it too? Since that other cat in the same neighborhood had it? i am freaking, have been crying nonstop…I love these cats.

I believe the two tests were the IDT (or IGT?) and the Western Blot test. What’s the difference between the two and does it matter which one I use?
I know what Lyme disease is, what my question is asking is what the difference between the two tests that tell you how bad the infection is.

Anyone know where I can buy vacines for my dogs. I would love to take them to the vet all the time but I cant afford to and I live in scottsdale AZ so last vaccines cost me 0 for only one dog. I mean I can take them for there yearly check ups but to have to pay 0 each every few months is a pain. I have the Banfield Welness plan for one of my dogs because I didnt get my other one till later on but Petsmart is sooo far away now that we’ve moved. So anyone know what I can buy them because I dont think they sell them at the pet stores.

I’m getting a Great Dane puppy in September and I’m looking for an outstanding (but affordable) pet insurance policy for him to cover any unexpected emergencies/surgeries/etc.

I’ve already decided on a veterinarian and I don’t want to take him to Petsmart’s Banfield, as some friends have suggested to me, so please don’t respond with that!

I would like to house/pet sit & I am thinking that people who don’t want to to take their pets to the kennel would pay to have people pet sit? I have a housesitting site but it is for people who just want to live in people’s houses. I would like to make enough money to atleast pay my bills doing this. If you have any ideas I appreciate hearing what you have to say about this subject.

I actually own 3 females and have alot of experience. You should at least praise me for following the rules and not bash me because i would like to expand. I take care of my animals very well and treat them like my own children. I could just get 5 more dogs stick them in my shed at 90 degrees weather and produce on healthy puppies without a license. But im not ashamed of the way I raise my dogs and welcome all inspectors to my house.
You guys are just terrible. I see you guys are all dog lovers and wonder where the heck you guys got them from. Was it a breeder? The way you guys see it everyone should just stop breeding animals then none of us will have pets. You guys are very immature with your answers and are always there to bash someone that wants to breed dogs. I guess there is alot of 12 year olds thinking they know everything about dogs and just follow the leader with the first response. GROW UP

I will be adopting a 1 year old cat sometime soon, and I want to make sure that I can do my best to take care of her. This raised the question of pet insurance and the costs, compared to a direct pay to the vet in any case she gets sick. I know it all depends on the illness, but I heard that in most cases where the (inside) cat is well cared for, you can save a lot of money by NOT having pet insurance. Any advice on whether or not I should get insurance?? Thank you!!

im sick and tired of getting into bed at night and having my cover covered in lint and dust as well as my cat’s hair. its disgusting and it feels terrible on the skin. im really looking for a duvet with material that doesnt come out of the wash covered in all that. please help. thank you.

He is about a year old. I believe the test was the Canine SNAP 3Dx. We have read about possible problems with lameness and kidney issues in the long-term. How likely is it that these will occur?

We need to make a decision about this dog quickly, so if you could respond ASAP, that would be wonderful.
