what courses are required to become an exotic veterinarian?

i want to become a exotic veterinarian (im 16) but i want to know what college courses are required and what would be a good college to look at.

It depends on what country you’re in.
In America, you have to do a 4 year undergrad degree, then 4 years of veterinary school to be a veterinarian.
If this is the case for you, I would recommend that the undergraduate degree be Zoology or something similar.
In New Zealand, you do a pre-selection semester, then if selected go on to do 4.5 years of veterinary school. In your 5th year, you can chose to do elective papers with wildlife etc, and you can chose to do your work experience hours at a zoo or the like.

To become a veterinary surgeon, you should do a degree in veterinary medicine first and then extra studies after that to become one for exotic organisms. To get accepted into doing a vet-med degree, you must get high grades and lots of work experience with animals, so work hard, get the grades and good luck!
